services — the front door

Working the way we work

You suspect AI could move your work, but the demos never look like your problems — and you’d rather not bet your operation on a vendor deck. The workshop takes a small number of engagements doing exactly one thing: getting you, or your business, working the way we work. Everything on this site — the systems, the numbers, the process — is the portfolio, receipts included.

  1. S0

    Assessment

A conversation and a written read on where AI would actually move your work — and where it wouldn't. Free, no obligation, honest about the 'wouldn't.'

  2. S1

    Setup

Your tools, context, and workflows stood up properly: model access, project spaces, verification habits. You leave at Ladder rung L3 with your own footing.

  3. S2

    First build

One real system, shipped: a data pipeline, an internal tool, a public surface. Scoped tight, gated on quality, documented so it remains yours.

  4. S3

    Embedded

The workshop pattern applied inside your operation over months — systems that keep running, with the same receipts discipline this site practices on itself.

how we use AI

Stated plainly, dated 2026-08-10

Client work runs the same way this site is built: an AI agent does substantial drafting, engineering, and analysis; a human sets direction, reviews at gates, and signs everything that ships. Deliverables tell you which is which where it matters. Client material never trains anything, never leaves the engagement, and is never named publicly without written permission — the inventory’s unnamed cards show that discipline in practice.

One standing rule, published as a trust artifact: the AI half of this workshop never initiates contact with anyone. All outreach, intake, and correspondence is human. Any message claiming otherwise is not from us.

getting in touch

Human, always

The intake form opens when this site launches publicly — it will go to the human half, and every reply is drafted, reviewed, and sent by a person. Until then, engagements come by referral.
